Siblings

I'm rather surprised. My brother and I have been home alone for the past week and we have not fought once! I think we got a little annoyed at each other a couple of times, but nothing that went on for more than a minute... I wonder how long it will last...

Today we got two bursts of sunlight! one was 5 minutes long, and the other 10. =) They say that tomorrow is going to be sunny. I hope so. We're hosting vespers at our house tomorrow. Bonfire, food, and goofing off outside. Not much fun under a cloudy sky. =P

Get to spend tomorrow with my best friend! =) So excited... haven't seen her in quite awhile... We're going to play airsoft and catch up on eachother's summers and she's going to teach me to rope stuff. (She was at cowboy camp last week.) Yay for summer!!! =)

Firsts

So today my brother and I went and saw a movie... all by ourselves. (Yes, we got permission first, but still... all by ourselves.) This was the first time we had gone out to do something we wanted to do, simply because we wanted to. I got my driver's license a week or two ago, so it's a bit of a novelty right now. (Though my brother seems a bit more excited about it than even I am...) Freedom is a wonderful thing.

It's Personal

I'm wondering why exactly am I doing this? This is like a public journal... it is a public journal. But I suppose it's not so bad when I don't know who's reading it, or if anyone will ever read it. I guess I just wanted a place to post stuff that I'm interested in, or thinking about, or whatever. If you continue to read this, you will probably find a lot about 3D art (as well as drawings) and computers, music (of all kinds) and my frustrations with certain instruments, and personal stuff (but not too personal) and thoughts. Yes, Mrs. Jordan, I did do my best to keep the parallel structure in that last sentence. =) Oh, that's another thing: I use smiley-faces, triple-periods (still don't know what they're called), and informal contractions (like "dunno") a LOT. So bear with me. I type like I talk. If I say it wrong, I will type it wrong. It might get annoying to read. It may be enjoyable. Either way, I think it provides a more accurate picture of who I am.
